pain

assalamualaikum...had pain all over my body. muscle pain. my legs especially. had this pain since yesterday, after my class. my taekwondo class to be exact. this is what happen when the muscle been resting for two weeks. (ooppsss! kantoi di situ ponteng class 2 minggu ;p)

i have my reasons for not attending the classes. (hehe, mau selamatkan diri) i feel like i am very old now. its hard to go downstairs. every time i step down the stairs i'll like "adoi...saketnye". even when i am walking i feel the pain too. haish! and i think i walk like a penguin. penguin comel, takpe. hahahha

since i have been resting for 2 weeks, so when the instructor asked us to kick, after one kick, i stopped and hold my knees as i feel my knees shaky. seriously. menggigil - gigil rase lutut. but actually before we do the pattern, we did a lot cute animals exercise. yup. i find it cute. first, we were asked to jalan ulat bulu. when the instructor showed us how to jalan ulat bulu, we can't help ourselves but to laugh. really cute. then, we were asked to lompat katak. urgh! during this time, i feel like my knees are loosen up. that was not the last one as we were asked to jalan itik pulak. imagine, you in your training uniform and do all these exercises plus there were a group of ping pong students at one side of the gym, laughing at us too. however, we find it cute but exhausting.

we are having a seminar tomorrow and i have to wake up early. another pain to me. hahaha. it's Sunday and i have to be there as early as 730 am. isn't that a pain???

have to off now. another pain as i haven't finish my assignment, yet and i have to submit it Monday morning. padan muke aku. sape suruh malas sangat.!

actually it's already Sunday!

mood swing

hari ni, macam - macam aku rase. happy, geram, sedih, sakit hati, bengang, semua ade. macam - macam ada. adoi ai....
mood takde. banyak lagi kerja yang tak setel. tapi rase mau tido saje.
i am off~~~

macam post yang sebelum ni, semalam kami ke petrosains, suria klcc. field trip utk subjek science for young children. masing - masing yang dah memang teruja nak pegi, pagi - pagi dah bersiap. nak jadikan cerita, air pulak takde. tapi...haip!!! kami semua sempat mandi yerr...

kumpul kat depan audi pukul 8. tunggu punya tunggu pukul 830 baru gerak. =.= dah pesan sruh awal ade gak yag lambat. isk3. trip ni hampir satu kelas pegi@90 orang + our beloved lecturer, Dr Nik Azmah. naik 2 bas + 1 coaster. singgah hentian sg buloh untuk breakfast. lepas tuh, petrosains, here we come!!!

sampai dalam pukul 11, setel tiket & tunggu turn naik dark ride, dalam pukul 1130 baru masuk. actually ni dah second time aku pergi. first time bawak adik anis pegi rombongan mase die tadika dulu. btw, mase pegi semalam ade ramai gak bebudak tadika yang masuk saing kitorang. cute giler tengok bebudak kecik ni berjalan berdua, pegang tangan, siap ade yang letak tangan atas bahu. comel!!!

dah masuk tuh, haruslah dicuba segala apa yang boleh dicuba. tak boleh pun dicuba jugak. XD  yang paling penting; camwhore! it's a must ok. hehe ^___^

ade banyak lagi gambar. tapi kan. tetiba jadi malas. aci tak gitu. aci jek, blog aku. muahahahha. mood nak bace buku cerita pulak datang.  ;p esok saye update lagi ye. kalau rase nak tgk full album pegi petrosains semalam, tengok kat SINI ye. tata!!! ^_^
